Open Positions:

Intern Architect

This is a mid-level position. This person will report to a Project Manager. This person will be responsible for assisting in developing preliminary design, design development and construction documents and assisting the Project Manager in day-to-day activities. This person will develop architectural details, pick up redlines, and review submittals.

A successful candidate will:

  • have a Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture 

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in an architectural office

  • have a basic knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods

  • have expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Expertise in Lumion, Sketch-Up and similar rendering programs is a plus

  • have a design aptitude

  • be detail oriented and have a commitment to quality

  • have strong time management skills

  • have a collaborative nature and be exited to serve and help the team be successful
