Welcome New Partner – Rachel Smith-Streck
Partners Anthony McDermid, Chris Teehee, and Clay Dobbins are thrilled to announce the newest addition to their partnership, Rachel Smith-Streck.
Rachel brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having worked across digital commerce, non-profit, entertainment and tribal industries. In her short time at TAP, she has already made a significant impact, helping secure key projects for a variety of organizations, municipalities, and non-profits.
“She fills the gaps that Anthony, Clay and I are unable to fill,” Teehee stated. “She’s been the right piece to our leadership team and came at the right time.”

As TAP ends its 35th anniversary year by adding another leader to their executive team, the goal remains the same as it was in 1988 for founders Anthony McDermid and John Ward: to make a difference by doing work that matters.
Chris, Clay and Rachel are steadfast in TAP’s mission and will continue the tradition that Anthony and John have set–caring for the people and environment surrounding them.
